Welcome to the Kentucky Thoroughbred Farm Managers’ Club! Your application has been approved by our current Officers and Board of Directors. We look forward to getting to know you at our monthly membership meetings and annual events including the KTFMC Golf Scramble, Sporting Clay Classic, Trail Ride/Picnic, 5K, Leadership Conference and our Dinner Dance at which we celebrate the Farm Manager of the Year!
The application dues you paid have been applied to your first year dues. In the future, annual membership dues will be due in January of each year and can be paid with a check by mail or you can expedite the process by paying via the appropriate PayPal link on our website at https://ktfmc.org. Please look for the copy of our current membership directory that is being mailed to you. Included in our directory is information on our current officers and board members as well as our club bylaws. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this information.
Look for our emails from our club administrator, Kim Ramsey (email@example.com), and make sure she is added to your safe sender list. She will be emailing information, including notifications on upcoming membership meetings. We ask that you RSVP for membership meetings by 5 PM the Friday before each meeting to allow the club to have an accurate head count when finalizing meeting reservations (it would be a shame to run out of food)! You can RSVP for meetings through the appropriate link in meeting announcement emails or on our website. You can pay for the meeting through the PayPal link on our site, pay by cash, credit card or check at the door. To cancel reservations you have made, it must be done by 5 PM the Friday before the meeting or you will be charged for that meeting.
