By completing this form you agree to pay for your RSVP regardless of attendance to the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:To void responsibilty of the cost of your RSVP, you must notify us in writing (via Email- info@ktfmc.org or text- (859) 948-7321) BEFORE the original RSVP deadline. Once the RSVPs have been turned in to the caterer, the club has to pay for your RSVP. If you let us know in writing after the deadline but PRIOR to the meeting, we will make an attempt to replace your RSVP with a late registration or walk in. If you do not let us know in writing BEFORE the meeting, you will be held responsible for the meeting cost. No exceptions.
